Product Rating: Product Review (submitted on February 20, 2012):The customer service on the front end was great, however I was a bit disappointed upon receiving my custom enbroidered blankets. Though the front looked good, there were multiple loose threads on the back side of the embroidery as well as additional loose screening fabric, making the blankets look unfinished and sloppy. After inquiring about the lack of clean-up, I was told that this is "standard finish on all embroidered products" from this company, but I can not distribute the blankets in the condition that they were shipped to me and expected more based on the total price. A word to anyone who orders embroidery - plan on having to spend a good chunk of your own time cleaning up the emboidery work upon receipt.
